By accessing or using this fitness tracking app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides tools for logging workouts, tracking fitness progress, and managing personal health data. Most data is stored locally on your device. The App also includes an AI Coach feature that uses a third-party large language model (LLM) to answer fitness-related questions. Use of the AI Coach requires an account and an active subscription.
You are responsible for your use of the App and for any data you provide. You should use the App in a safe and responsible manner. Always consult with a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting any new exercise program or making changes to your training based on any information provided by the App, including AI Coach responses.
When using the AI Coach, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, and not to attempt to circumvent the AI provider's safety guidelines.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data. As noted in the Privacy Policy, your workout data is stored locally on your device. When you use the AI Coach with "Include workout data" enabled, a summary of your recent workout data is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) as described in the Privacy Policy.
The AI Coach provides general fitness information for educational and informational purposes only. AI Coach responses are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical doctor, physical therapist, certified personal trainer, registered dietitian, or other licensed professional. Do not rely on AI Coach responses for medical decisions, injury assessment or management, clinical guidance, or any purpose requiring professional expertise.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI Coach response. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.
When you use the AI Coach, your messages and (if enabled) a summary of your workout data are sent to a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the AI Coach, you acknowledge and consent to this data transfer.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App creators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from exercise or reliance on AI Coach responses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
