• Body weight and biometrics: Weight entries and related biometric data you choose to log.
• Preferences: Theme (light/dark), weight unit (lbs/kg), distance unit, and temperature unit settings.

This data is stored using on-device storage (e.g. IndexedDB on web, SQLite on the Android app). You can export or delete it at any time through the App.

2.2 Analytics (Usage Data)

We use a third-party analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how the App is used. This helps us improve features and fix issues. The App may send event names and optional, non-personal properties. We do not send your workout content, body weight values, or other personal health data to our analytics provider.

3. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your workout or biometric data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than as described in this policy.

4. Permissions (Android)

On Android, the App may request Internet access, used only to send anonymized usage analytics. Your workout and biometric data remain on your device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it. Analytics data retained by our analytics provider is subject to their retention policy.
